Elite Five Blade Box Grater

The Microplane Elite is like no other box grater you've ever used. It features five different grating surfaces and a removable catch basin with handy measurements so that you can prep your favorite meals in a snap. The razor-sharp blades glide effortlessly through foods, and the ergonomic handle provides a secure, comfortable grip even when grating large batches. Perfect for cheese, veggies, fruits and more. Because it features five blade styles—fine, coarse, ribbon, ultra-coarse, and slicer—it offers the culinary flexibility to adjust to user needs. It also has a nonslip handle and its rubber base secures the unit in place on a countertop. The slide-out catch plate collects shredded contents so users can gauge their volume with the integrated measuring feature (which measures in ml & cups).
