4 Panel Commercial Overhead Door System (C4416-40)

The Green Hinge 4-Panel Commercial System is designed for garage doors 12 ft wide and over. It includes 6 precision-engineered hinges that automatically adjust your door for a tighter, more energy-efficient seal. What’s Included 6 total hinges 2 × Position #1 Gold Spring 2 × Position #2 Gold Spring 2 × Position #3 Gold Spring (Hinges are numbered and non-interchangeable.) How It Works The patented, spring-loaded Green Hinge System® automatically adjusts each door panel to compensate for warped walls, misaligned tracks, and uneven surfaces. This creates a tight seal at the door’s true sealing surface, the outer panel edge, eliminating air gaps and improving overall door performance. Unlike traditional weather-stripping that degrades over time and provides little insulation value, the Green Hinge System is built to last and can reduce air gaps by up to ¼ inch, helping lower heating and cooling costs. Many users see a return on investment in as little as 1.5 years.
