4-pack Menstrual Phases Cacao Bundle $SAVE$

$$$$$$ Save when you bundle! $$$$$$ Enjoy our pack of all 4 blends of ceremonial cacao.  Set yourself up for success with cacao for your whole menstrual cycle. Seasonal cacao blends that honour the phases of the female cycle. We use Ruk'ux ulew ceremonial cacao from Guatemala and complement this with Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal blends that support the energy of the moment.   Either use the cycle of the moon to track when you shift to the next blend (great for those who no longer bleed or for irregular cycles looking to get back into a rhythm) or use in tandem with a menstrual tracking app or chart.  This pack would last for approx. 2 month cycles if enjoyed everyday at the daily ritual strength. Or 32 ceremonial strength doses.  Each pack contains- LUXURIATE  (WEEK 1) - Moon Time/Menstruation/Fall/New Moon This is a time for letting go and allowing. After the busyness of the previous season we can finally rest. We are being called to reflect on our achievements and what we are grateful for. We are harvesting the fruits and enjoying them, deeply. This blend is a call to relax and revel in the magically life you are creating. 9oz bag AWAKEN  (WEEK 2) - Follicular stage/Waxing Moon/A cold Winter/ Postpartum In winters darkest hours we await the return of the sun. After Solstice, we start to Awaken, just like after menstruation. This blend is here to enliven and to gently stimulate through the dark days, so you are ready to emerge into spring, reconnect with community, and take inspired, aligned action. 9oz bag EMBODY  (WEEK 3) -  Ovulation/Full Moon/Spring up to Summer Solstice Peak energy comes at the time leading up to ovulation, the crescendo in the women's monthly cycle, and the building of maximum light and heat of the summer. The herbs in Embody support full expression and aligned action. Let’s indulge in the season of creativity and flow with dance, play and being with others. 9oz bag BALANCE  (WEEK 4) - Luteal stage/Waning Moon/A hot Summer/ Menopause In the luteal phase, we are nesting and organizing for the upcoming bleed. Excess heat can overwhelm, making us prone to anger so add in soothing self-care. Take some time to be at peace, connect to the earth and breathe. Balance cools the frantic energy as we ready ourselves to slow down, and descend into Fall/our bleed time, once again 9oz bag
