Simply twist lock a new coral mount onto an existing stem! Once the coral grows to the edges of the mount, simply untwist the mount and lock it into our 2.5 inch, 3.5 inch or 4.5 inch expanders. We also have an an awesome 4 inch many expander which is great for fragging soft corals like zoanthids or making unique mix-and-match coral gardens. The 4" Many-Expander Coral Garden is great for growing out soft corals like Zoanthids which will grow onto the coral mounts and allow you to detach them and replace with a blank/empty mount and allow it to re-grow. This makes it possible to create new frags with absolutely zero cutting, gluing, or chemicals which ultimately saves you time and money. They are also great for mixing-and-matching different Zoas or other coral species and making a large man-made Coral Garden of various species. Our Plugs, Mounts and Expanders are made with Reef Safe PETG Plastic, 100% Designed and Manufactured in the USA, and are thin enough to be cut with household items like Scissors and Bone Cutters. That's right, no saw is needed at all! If a saw is used, we advise that you simply rinse the frags thoroughly before returning to the aquarium.
