These beauties are crafted from solid Baltic birch with a beautiful, classic contour and attractive wood grain. The smooth surface takes paint and stain well – though you might just find them too pretty to paint! For a polished finish and a more secure candle fit, this candlestick can be paired with our Metal Candlestick Insert. The insert can be tapped firmly into place for a permanent, secure fit. Candle Safety Alert!  – These birch candlesticks are smooth, solid, and stand securely on your surface. They are also WOODEN. If you light candles in them, put the candles out once they burn down to one inch. And NEVER leave lit candles unattended.
