4" Anthurium Forgetii Hybrid

The Anthurium Forgetii Hybrid is an exquisite tropical plant known for its striking dark green, heart-shaped leaves with prominent veining and a velvety texture. It produces stunning inflorescences, typically featuring a spadix surrounded by a colorful spathe that can vary in shades, including white, pink, or red. This hybrid is sought after by collectors for its unique aesthetics and the elegance it brings to any plant collection. Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves. Water: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot. Humidity: Thrives in high humidity (around 60% or more). Consider using a humidifier or placing a pebble tray with water beneath the pot. Temperature: Ideal temperatures range from 65°F to 85°F (18°C to 29°C). Protect it from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes. Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix, ideally formulated for aroids or orchids, which retains moisture but allows air circulation. Fertilization: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Repotting: Repot every couple of years or when it outgrows its container, preferably in the spring.
