4.5L Stuff Sack "Ember & Ash"

Items made to order | Check home page for build time and shipping estimates Made in Philly | Est. 2018 Critical for organizing or separating wet gear while backpacking or kayaking, our new TX50 roll-top stuff sacks keep your gear dry and organized. Featuring redesigned square and rectangular bottoms, these new stuff sacks are designed to stack easily, fitting horizontally in most packs. Double up two 4.5L sacks on their sides, one holding a 20 degree quilt and a Duplex or similar in the other. Use a 6.5L for spare layers and socks. The 10L is great for winter clothes or a short food carry. Bright, unique color combinations help you easily color-code and identify your gear on the forest floor. Stand out from the pack! These roll-top stuff sacks aren't called "dry bags" for a reason. While the seams are fully-taped and they are as waterproof as most people will ever require, they do not have welded seams like dry bags and are not intended to be fully submerged for periods of time. They will keep anything dry from the usual rain and splashes and puddles on your adventures. These redesigned sacks utilize TX50, a new offering from Challenge Sailcloth. This waterproof fabric is comprised of coated high-tenacity polyester triple ripstop bonded to PET film with 45 degree Ultra CrossPly (UHMWPE) fibers inside for increased tear resistance. We've found that although it contains significantly less UHMWPE fiber than DCF, the beefier poly face and biased Ultra fibers provide about the same abrasion and tear resistance as you'd expect from DCF or any other durable stuff sack fabric.       *Due to dye sublimation printing, colors may vary slightly.           Designed, printed and sewn in Philadelphia, PA    Care Instructions:         Clean dust and dirt from sack before storing.          Store out of direct sunlight and moisture.         Hand wash with a gentle soap.         Spot clean with isopropyl, avoiding seam tape.          Do not iron.           Do not wring.           Drip-dry in shade.         Do not bleach.     Dimensions:         4.5 Liter: 4.25" x 4.25" x 16" (12" with enclosure rolled down 3 times)         6.5 Liter: 4.25" x 6" x 16" (12" with enclosure rolled down 3 times)         10 Liter: 4.25" x 7.5" x 18" (12" with enclosure rolled down 3 times)                  Capacity:         4.5 Liter: ~ 4.74 liters / 289 cubic inches (closed, enclosure rolled down 3 times)         6.5 Liter: ~ 6.74 liters / 411 cubic inches (closed, enclosure rolled down 3 times)         10 Liter: ~ 10.17 liters / 621 cubic inches (closed, enclosure rolled down 3 times)                 Weight:         4.5 Liter: 1 oz / 27 grams         6.5 Liter: 1.1 oz / 31 grams         10 Liter: 1.4 oz / 38 grams    Materials:          Dye-sublimated Challenge Sailcloth TX50         3M 9471LSE Dyneema Tape         1/2" Firm Nylon Grosgrain Ribbon         1/2" Firm Nylon/Polyester Boning         1/2" Kitty Clip             Features:         Extremely water-resistant (as waterproof as you can get without welded seams)         Stiff boning material on one side of the enclosure to promote secure, air-tight rolls         Fully-taped Seams         Unique, bright colorways & artist designs         Ultralight construction         Stackable square & rectangular bottoms
