3x5x7 Custom Indoor Cedar Sauna Kit

Fits 1–2 people The 3×5×7 indoor cedar sauna kit offers additional width for improved comfort while maintaining a shallow depth for tight spaces. This layout works especially well in basements, spare rooms, and compact home gyms. With a 3-ft depth and 5-ft width, the extra bench length allows for more relaxed seating while maintaining efficient heat circulation and quick warm-up times. Built from Canadian Western Red Cedar, this kit provides long-term durability and a naturally comfortable sauna surface. Cedar is available in clear or knotty grades, depending on your design preference and budget. Standard 7-ft height, with an optional 8-ft upgrade. This liner kit is designed for installation inside a properly framed, insulated, and wired structure.
