3M™ Performance 1.8 MM (Clear) Gravity HVLP Atomizing Head Refill Kit - 5 Pack (26718)

3M™ Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Heads are designed to deliver premium spray performance for coatings including paints, clear coats and topcoats. Replaceable nozzles are built exclusively for gravity feed applications with the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun System and 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System, offering like-new spray performance with the change of each nozzle. What makes the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun system different is the technology inside the quick-change replaceable nozzles. Because paint and coatings never pass through the body of the spray gun – and only the atomizing head – it's like getting a brand new spray gun every time you swap the nozzle. Get the pattern control, atomization and transfer efficiency you expect from a premium spray gun — all while helping to drive more consistent spray performance across each job, every day. 3M™ Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Heads are available in 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0 for spraying a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings, including high-viscosity coatings, sprayable fillers, high-build primers, primer surfacers, sealers, single-stage top coats, solvent-based paints, waterborne paints and clearcoats. The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System, which helps to reduce material waste, mess and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups. Forget about tearing down spray guns and soaking in solvent. Our complete, integrated spray system is your path to smarter cleanup. The atomizing heads attach to the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.   Specifications: 1.8 mm atomizing head nozzle size (Clear) Disposable pressure atomizing head nozzle type 5 atomizing heads per pack Nozzle rotates for vertical and horizontal spraying Quick-change nozzles range from 1.2 to 2.0 for spraying a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings Like-new spray performance with each new atomizing head Use exclusively with the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun and 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System Exceptional pattern control, atomization and transfer efficiency Nozzle sizes include: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0 Recommended air inlet pressure is 20 psi (1.38 Bar) for gravity feed Required atomizing air volume is 13 cfm Weight – 5.7 oz (per 5 pack) Part Number 26718, 3M Stock # 7100206003 (Previous 3M Stock # 60455108682), UPC 00051131267183   Nozzle Recommendation Chart - Gravity (Starting points only, refer to Paint Manufacture for recommendation on fluid tip size.)     Information: 3M Performance Spray Gun HVLP - Industrial Quick Start Guide 3M Performance Spray Gun HVLP - Technical Data Sheet 3M Performance Spray Gun HVLP - Spray Gun Manual 3M Performance Spray Gun HVLP - Tips & Tricks   *(Please note that the various gravity feed atomizing head sizes are sold separately in 5 packs.  The spray gun and nozzles should not be immersed in cleaning solvents or gun washers.  The maximum recommended operational air inlet pressure of this HVLP spray gun for gravity feed is 20 psi.  For more detailed information on the spray gun such as parts, setup & maintenance, please see the technical data sheet and spray gun manual).
