3M Particulate Filter 7093P100

When properly fitted, use with appropriate cartridges for various applications including spray painting, lacquering, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing, pesticide spraying and agriculture for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces. Full facepieces must be quantitatively fit tested to claim assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Use with 603 adapter if only particulate protection is required. Do not use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH). Versatile and simple to install  The 3M Particulate Filters 7093 Series are designed to help protect in higher-heat and wet applications with a swept-back plastic encased filter. An innovative solid-top air-inlet can help reduce premature loading by allowing a channeled airflow. The P100 filters have a unique, spring-loaded filter cover to assist in performing negative pressure user seal checks. Simply press or squeeze the filter covers to restrict airflow and inhale gently to check for proper seal of the respirator. These P100 particulate filters are both flame and water resistant. They are easy to install. Plus, 3M Particulate Filters 7093 Series are compatible with 3M Half Facepieces 6000, 6500/6500QL, 7500 Series, Full Facepieces 6000, FF-400, 7800 Series, and 3M Scott AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, thus helping to reduce inventory needs.  Help protect your workforce  After you've determined the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment, help protect your employees with a properly fitted 3M Reusable Respirator and corresponding particulate filters. 3M Particulate Filters 7093 Series are NIOSH-approved as P100 filters and are designed to help filter a broad range of oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants including lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic when used with certain 3M half and full facepieces. P100 filters provide at least 99.97% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols including oils. These filters help provide respiratory protection from particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Some models include nuisance level organic vapor or acid gas relief. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerousto life or health (IDLH) or contain hazardous levels of organic vapors and/or acid gases (except hydrogen flouride on certain models). Features NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles Versatile protection against certain oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants Nuisance odor relief for acid gas levels below the Permissible Exposure Level (PEL) Bayonet compatibility allows use with many 3M half and full facepieces and certain 3M Scott full facepieces Wide range of applications reduces inventory needs and training requirements Specification Brand: 3M Product Type: Filter Filter Material: Glass Fiber Paper For Use With: Reusable Respirators Gas & Vapor Protection Type: Particulate Hazard Type: Mold, Particulate, Silica Protection Type: Asbestos, Mold, Silica Purpose: Cartridges & Filters Accessories: Yes Aerosol Type: Oil and Non-Oil Cartridge or Filter Type: Particulate Case Quantity: 60/Case Clip-on Welding Shield: Yes Compatible with 3M PAPR Systems: Yes Compatible with 3M Supplied Air System: Yes Compatible with Welding Shield: Yes Connection Type: Bayonet Cool Flow Exhalation Valve: Yes Drop-Down Feature: Yes Enhanced Comfort: Yes Enhanced Durability: Yes Eye Protection: Yes Features: Enhanced Field of View, Spring-loaded Filter Cover Filter Class: P100 Maintenance Free: Yes NIOSH Cartridge or Filter Assigned Color Coding: Magenta NIOSH Filter Approval Rating: P100 Nuisance Odor Relief (< OSHA PEL): N/A Particulate Protection: Asbestos, Mold, Silica Silicone Faceseal: Yes Six-point Head Harness: Yes Spare Parts: Yes Speaking Diaphragm: Yes Specifications Met: P100 eClass 14 Classification Group: 40220213 Overall Height: 2.3" Overall Length: 3.4" Compatible Respirator 3M Full Facepieces 6000, 3M Full Facepieces 7800 Series, 3M Full Facepieces FF-400, 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirators 6000 Series, 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirators 6500 Series, 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirators 7500 Series, 3M Scott AV-3000 HT Facepieces, 3M Scott AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces Recommended Application Arsenic, Asbestos, Assembly & Mechanical, Batch-charging, Brazing, Cadmium, Clean-up, Finishing Operations, Grinding, Handling, MDA, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Metal Pouring Including Exposure to Lead, Pouring/Casting, Primary Metal, Remediation, Sanding, Soldering, Torch Cutting, Welding, Wood Processing Recommended Industry Construction, Design & Construction, Facility Sanitation, Food Processing, Food Safety, General Manufacturing, Heavy Infrastructure, Industrial Maintenance, Metal Production & Fabrication, Mining, Oil & Gas, Transportation Downloads Specification Sheet
