3EBX Explosion Proof Open/Close/Stop Control

The 3EBX is a 3-button Open / Close / Stop control station in a cast metal explosion-proof enclosure rated NEMA 7 and 9. It surface mounts and takes conduit wiring. Buttons are momentary, with a raised Stop button. The station measures 6-1/8 in H x 3 in W x 4-3/8 in D. NEMA 7 covers enclosures for locations with flammable gas or vapor, and NEMA 9 covers combustible dust. Use it at doors in paint booths, fuel and chemical storage, grain handling and similar areas. It wires through sealed conduit to the operator's open, close and stop inputs plus common. Have the site engineer or electrical inspector confirm the station meets the hazardous-location requirements before install. Use sealed conduit fittings per code for the hazardous area.
