3DXTech 3DXSTAT ESD-ABS

3DXTech 3DXSTAT ESD-ABS Durable and sturdy parts off practically every machine on the market Easier to print than most industrial-grade materials Higher melting point and thermal properties than PLA or PETG Ideal for prototyping or end-use parts among both industry engineers and hobbyists alike 3DXSTAT ESD ABS is an advanced ESD-Safe compound designed for use in critical applications which require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and a high level of cleanliness. Manufactured with consistency in mind, 3DXTECH starts with premium ABS and then compounds it according to a proprietary formulation of multi-wall carbon nanotubes – giving you a filament with excellent printing characteristics and consistent ESD properties. MADE IN THE USA We manufacture all of our filaments in our 68,000 ft² manufacturing facility (located in Grand Rapids, Michigan) using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Our goal continues to be to make the most innovative filaments on the market – targeting difficult end-use applications. Print Profiles Getting the best results starts with the right print settings. Instead of relying on one-size-fits-all recommendations, we're building a growing library of tested slicer profiles on GitHub for a wide range of printers and materials. Bambu Lab AMS Compatibility 3DXTech 750g reels fit within the size requirements of popular automated material management systems like the Bambu AMS, Creality CFS, and Anycubic ACE Pro. That means you can run 3DXTECH’s engineering-grade filaments in your favorite system. ISO 9001:2015 Certification 3DXTECH is now ISO 9001:2015 certified. This internationally recognized standard for quality management systems reflects a rigorous, third-party validation of how our organization establishes, maintains, and continuously improves its processes to ensure consistent quality Technical Data Sheet Safety Data Sheet
