New Label Design, Same Great Chambourcin! Sweet R.S. 8% Red wine Made with 100% Chambourcin 750ml Screw cap Winemaker's Tasting Notes: This wine has a tart cherry, strawberry jam palate. Finished with a touch of sweetness, it is best served chilled. Chambourcin is generally one of the last grapes to be harvested on the estate with picking times ranging from late October to early November. It is a French American hybrid that produces a deep colored and wonderfully aromatic wine. Chambourcin is a bountiful producer on our farm, large clusters and many of them. Awards: Gold Medal at the 2024 New York Wine Classic Competition Gold Medal at the 2024 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition Pro-Tip: To make the best boxed brownies you've ever tasted, just replace the water with Chambourcin.
