Serpentine Iguana by Jeff Shetima - Zuni Fetish

A large iguana carved in a spotted dark green on lime green piece of serpentine by the talented Jeff Shetima! This big guy rests on a large 'rock', has a tail that winds to the left side of the body, and the face is carved looking backwards with big turquoise* inlaid eyes. There is the elaborate healing heart line on the left side of the body, with turquoise*, lapis, jet, mother-of-pearl and jet inlaid intricately and painstakingly into a small incised zigzag line; an attribute on all of Jeff's works of art! Artist: Jeff Shetima (signed) Size: 3-1/8 in. tall x 4-7/8 in. long x 3-1/2 in. deep #37934 - Zuni Fetishes
