Solfeggio & Affirmations Workshop (Recorded Sept 27 2026)

SOLFEGGIO & AFFIRMATIONS WORKSHOP with Suzy Woo Recorded September 27, 2026. This is a replay. 2 hour class   About the workshop: Affirmations are more than positive statements—but to be effective, they must be believable, intentional and supported by the way we think, feel and respond. In this experiential workshop, Suzy Woo will guide participants in creating and using affirmations more effectively. You’ll learn why some affirmations fail to create change, how to identify the distance between where you are and where you want to be, and how to develop affirmations that help you move from point A to point B. Suzy will demonstrate how Soma Energetics Solfeggio Energy Tuners can be integrated into affirmation work to support greater alignment with your desired outcomes. Through intention, repetition, sound and embodied practice, participants will explore how to move an affirmation beyond words—bringing it into the body as a frequency that can be felt, practiced and lived. In this workshop, you'll learn: To create affirmations that feel authentic and attainable Why certain affirmations create resistance rather than alignment To bridge the gap between your present experience and desired outcome To incorporate Solfeggio Energy Tuners into affirmation practice To move from stating an intention to embodying it Recommended experience: No experience required for this workshop Tools you'll need: Solfeggio Energy Tuners After you register: You will receive a purchase confirmation email + an email from Tuning Fork Training Academy.
