With the prevalence of aluminum components in modern vehicles, including the new Ford F-150 body, using conventional steel tools can lead to galvanic corrosion on aluminum surfaces. To address this issue, the SoftStrike Aluminum Covers provide an innovative solution, allowing technicians to maximize their existing steel body tool investment while working on aluminum body components. The SoftStrike Rubber Dolly Body Covers and the SoftStrike Dinging Spoon Cover are crafted from durable Buna rubber, specifically designed for use on a steel heel dolly or a dinging spoon. These covers not only protect the aluminum components but also enhance the effectiveness of the tools, ensuring precise and efficient repairs.
