Its triple strand design increases load capacity without increasing chain size. As a result, it is ideal for systems where space is limited but performance is critical. What is a 35-3 Triplex Roller Chain? The 35-3 triplex roller chain consists of three parallel strands of links. This design increases load capacity without changing pitch. It is commonly used when a standard #35 chain is not strong enough. Multi-strand chains distribute load more evenly, improving durability. Where is it used? The 35-3 triplex roller chain is used in: Compact automation systems Light packaging equipment Small industrial machinery High-cycle production lines Its design allows higher performance in limited space. Key Benefits Compact high performance Triple strands increase capacity. Load distribution Reduces stress per component. Longer service life Less wear over time. Lightweight efficiency Ideal for small systems. How to Choose the Right Chain Evaluate load requirements. Check ANSI #35-3 compatibility. Consider system size. These steps ensure proper selection. Maintenance Tips Lubricate regularly. Check alignment. Inspect frequently. These practices extend lifespan. Why Choose PGN Bearings? ANSI-compliant products. Reliable performance. Fast shipping. Technical support.
