334436 Mechanical Seal (SPCP)

The 334436 Mechanical Seal (SPCP) by Blackmer is designed to ensure reliable, leak-free operation in demanding pump applications. This mechanical seal is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials that support long service life and stable performance under continuous duty conditions. It provides a precise fit to prevent product loss, protect bearings from contamination, and maintain efficient, leak-free sealing over extended operation. The 334436 Mechanical Seal has specific dimensions compatible with certain Blackmer pump models. Installation involves verifying compatibility with the pump, inspecting related components such as the shaft sleeve, O-rings, gaskets, and bearings, and replacing any worn parts before proper alignment and torque application. Following these procedures ensures a secure, long-lasting seal and optimal performance. Manufactured and supplied by KI Pumps of Waukesha, WI, a recognized global distributor of positive displacement pumps, sliding vane pumps, and their components. Use cases for the 334436 Mechanical Seal include applications requiring containment of liquids in industrial, chemical, or process environments where leak prevention and durability are critical. It is ideal for facilities seeking reliable pump sealing solutions that support continuous operation and reduce downtime. Included in the box is the 334436 Mechanical Seal (SPCP) assembly. Not included are related pump components such as the shaft sleeve, gaskets, or mounting hardware, which should be inspected and replaced if worn. Care instructions involve inspecting the seal periodically for wear, replacing worn or damaged parts, and following manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance to ensure optimal function and longevity.
