332086 Inner Carbon

Introducing the 332086 Inner Carbon by Blackmer! The 332086 Inner Carbon is a precision sealing component designed specifically for use within mechanical seal assemblies. Manufactured by Blackmer, a recognized name in pump technology, this inner carbon part serves as the sealing face to ensure a leak-free and stable seal. Made from high-quality carbon material, it features excellent self-lubricating properties, thermal stability, and wear resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.  The component's materials include carbon-based composites optimized for durability and heat resistance. The inner carbon measures approximately 50 mm in diameter and 5 mm in thickness, designed to fit standard Blackmer seal configurations. It is compatible with various pump models, including positive displacement and sliding vane types, supporting reliable performance across multiple applications. Key features of the 332086 Inner Carbon include: High-purity carbon construction for chemical resistance and minimal friction Self-lubricating surface for reduced wear over continuous operation Thermal stability capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 250°C Dimensional accuracy with flatness tolerance within 0.05 mm Corrosion resistance suitable for aggressive and varied fluids This inner carbon component is ideal for use in industrial pump systems, chemical processing, and fluid transfer applications where reliable sealing is critical. It is especially recommended for systems requiring low leakage rates, high thermal endurance, and minimal maintenance. This product effectively supports system longevity and operational efficiency while maintaining a budget-friendly profile for users concerned with costs without compromising quality. The 332086 Inner Carbon is shipped as a standalone part, with a note that additional seal components such as O-rings or gaskets may be required for installation. Proper handling during installation involves inspection for damage, cleaning sealing surfaces thoroughly, and careful installation to avoid chipping or misalignment. Post-installation, monitor system temperature, leakage, and noise levels to ensure optimal performance. Made to exacting industry standards, the 332086 Inner Carbon requires minimal maintenance. Cleaning is recommended with appropriate carbon cleaning agents, and periodic inspection helps identify wear or damage. The component does not come with a warranty but is designed for long service life under proper operating conditions.
