32oz Big Poppa's Taco Sauce

This one is very near and dear to my heart. I lost my father unexpectedly recently and wanted to capture his spirit with this sauce,and share a slice of classic San Diego. Toasted chili de arbol, fire roasted tomato, roasted garlic, fresh squeezed lime and most importantly, no vinegar. It's as San Diego, as San Diego gets. So much love went into the creation of Big Poppa's, I promise you this is the best taco sauce you will ever have. Picture yourself on a San Diego beach in the 70's: feeling hungry for some tacos. After having taken the family Gran Torino for a joyride and jumping off the Imperial Beach pier to cool off. This classic taco sauce was created in loving memory of Charles Lee Minor, co-owner Ryan's Father,  and was made to capture nostalgic feelings of San Diego summer, adventure, a hint of trouble, and of course a classic taco shop feel on demand. Affectionately known as "Big Poppa", he was a strong, playful man with world famous hugs, and a spicy sense of humor    Heat Level: 2/10 Pairings: breakfast, lunch and dinner! Ingredients: kombucha culture, roasted red peppers, lime juice, roasted onions, fire roasted tomatoes (diced tomato, tomato juice , sea salt, citric acid), california chili, roasted garlic, salt, water, chili de arbol, cilantro, black pepper, Mexican oregano.   Note: If 32oz bottles are out of stock due to high demand, multiple 5oz bottles will be shipped to equal the same quantity of sauce.
