Kukko 30-3+S 3 Jaw Puller (2mm - 250mm. QA + Narrow)

Highlights: Made in Germany ARMLOCK: The cross-legged jaws offer maximum stability for suspending the jaws in the slider. GLIDE & FIX: The improved geometry guarantees quick and easy movement of the jaws on the cross-beam. QUICK ADJUST (QA): The red knobs allow the jaws to be quickly released and moved on the cross-beam without the need for tools. Switch: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. Narrow jaws: perfect for pulling parts in tight spaces.  Best for: Pulling bearings, gears, discs, and other components that sit on a shaft and are freely accessible from the outside. The Kukko 30-3+S 3 jaw puller is designed for removal of bearings, gears, and other shaft-mounted components. Engineered in Germany, it features a three arm configuration that ensures even force distribution, making it suitable for high pulling forces. The puller tool incorporates ARMLOCK technology, with cross-legged jaws that stabilize securely in the slider. The GLIDE & FIX system enhances jaw movement on the cross-beam, allowing for smooth adjustments. With QUICK ADJUST knobs, the jaws can be repositioned without tools, making setup fast. The two-sided spindle tip adapts to different shaft surfaces, while the narrow jaws enable use in confined spaces. This bearing puller is built for external applications but can be converted to an internal puller by reversing the jaws. The freely sliding jaws accommodate eccentric components, while the hexagonal crossbar provides counterholding for additional security. The spindle’s anti-slip safety and protected thread ensure stability and longevity under tough conditions. With a spread range of 2 to 250 mm and a depth of 200 mm, it handles various extraction tasks. Its 135 kN tensile force and 390 Nm maximum torque offer strength for challenging jobs. The Kukko 30-3+S 3 jaw puller delivers reliability and adaptability when you need it most.  Features: Simple manual release of the jaws using hand knobs (Quick Adjust Technology) 3-jaw ensures an even distribution of force and allows for greater pulling forces. Application also for eccentric components through freely movable, sliding puller jaws on the crossbar. Hexagonal profile on the crossbar for secure counterholding Quick-adjustable jaws guarantee immediate adjustment to any spread. Anti-slip safety (spindle neck) suspension of the claw in the sliding piece (Armlock Technology) Secure installation of the spindle with rotatable spindle tip on both smooth surfaces and in centering (Switch Technology) Optional convertible from an external puller to an internal puller by reversing the jaws.
