We've reviewed crash test footage and the passenger airbag deploys up and over this area, not directly into the dash trim. Installation Clean the dash surface with a wax-free detailing spray. Get the cabin to around 72-75F before starting. Keep the install area free of Armor All and out of direct sunlight during application. Wet install recommended: use StickerFab Installation Fluid (or a drop of dish soap in water) on both the vinyl and the surface. This lets you slide it into position before it sets. Once aligned, squeegee out the water slowly — don't rush. Work bubbles to the edges gently. Let it dry in the sun, then press down any remaining edges. Light heat from a heat gun or hair dryer helps stubborn edges. You'll need: Microfiber cloth, detailing spray, StickerFab Installation Fluid, felt-tip squeegee, heat gun or hair dryer (optional).
