4" Monstera Obliqua "Peruvian"

Monstera obliqua is a striking, rare tropical vine known for its incredibly fenestrated, almost lace-like leaves. Native to Central America, it features slender, elongated stems and delicate, translucent foliage that showcases its unique, highly perforated leaf pattern. This plant thrives in warm, humid environments and prefers indirect light. Its distinctive appearance makes it a coveted choice for collectors and plant enthusiasts seeking an exotic and airy addition to their plant collection. Care & Growing Condition: Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate low light but may grow more slowly and produce smaller leaves. Water: Water when the top few inches of soil feels dry. Be careful not to overwater; ensure proper drainage to avoid root rot. Humidity: Enjoys high humidity levels (50% or more). Consider using a humidifier or placing a pebble tray with water beneath the pot to increase moisture. Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix that retains moisture without becoming soggy. A mix designed for aroids or tropical plants is ideal. Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding during the fall and winter months. Pruning: Prune as needed to control size and shape. Repotting: Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant outgrows its pot. Choose a pot that is one size larger with good drainage.
