The European material is superior due to its uniform particle size and premium blend of ingredients. These flap discs are manufactured using the latest development in abrasive technology in the metalworking industry. Ceramic Flap Discs do exceptionally well, outperforming Zirconia flap discs by up to 50% on stainless steel, carbon steel allots, and exotic metals. These quick-change sanding flap discs are ideal for metal grinding, hardware polishing and automotive, tensile grinding capacity. This quick change flap disc can be used with any air or electric drill, die grinder, and other rotary tools for the utmost sanding control.  T27 (flat face) discs are perfect for grinding down items that are not flat surfaces (like fence posts, gates and risers etc).   Ceramic grains are self-sharpening, remaining sharp throughout the entire life of the wheel. In addition, all discs are manufactured on computer-controlled machines and subject to numerous tests which ensure high quality and greater safety. These ceramic flap discs are intended for surface prep grinding, along with grinding and blending welds.
