The Dalen 3-Eyed Owl Decoy was developed to shock birds with its jarring appearance. While its body is fully realistic, the extra eye increases its effectiveness compared to regular 2-eyed owls.   While some prefer standard owls and find this version creepy, it has a cult following — especially during Halloween — for both decoration and pest control.
