If your state is looking for the OEM style cat, this will NOT be approved. If you are looking for a cat to clean up the emissions out of the tailpipe than yes this does the job! Comes with gaskets and downpipe support bracket. THIS IS NOT CARB approved. Fits all USDM and JDM MR2 turbos as well as USDM and JDM Celica Alltracs 1990-1999 Don't use the cheap graphite gasket that comes with this pipe.
