3.75” Shelves - Multiple Sizes

Need a versatile, rock-solid storage solution for your smaller tools and supplies? The KM Tools Cleat System has you covered with our 3.75" brackets for acrylic shelves, organizers, and clamp racks. Designed for strength and stability, this system features a center support to reduce flex—keeping your shelves sturdy and reliable, even under load of 25 lbs. The brackets are built to fit a variety of acrylic shelves and organizers, making it easy to customize your setup. Available in multiple lengths, the shelves are perfect for anything from fasteners to finish supplies. Note: If you are making your own shelf the opening is 6.223mm or .245” (+/- .1mm) I recommend some tolerance so make sure you use something slightly thinner than that like 6mm. The depth to the cleat is 3.75”. Length: 10”, 16”, or 22” Width: 3.75” Height: 2.125” Fits Tools: Fits all our 3.75” acrylic shelves and organizers! Jonathan’s Hot Take I love these brackets, and use them to put up shelves for everything—hand planes, tools, power tools and anything up to 25 pounds—that’s the equivalent of EIGHT full size routers. Any other odds and ends are great on these, and I love that you can even squeeze another 1” or so in width if you don’t seat them all the way into the holders. I mean they’re shelves, I hope I don’t have to explain them to you too much.  Like all of our patent-pending Katz-Moses Cleat System accessories, it’s made from PETG filament, which is way tougher than your standard PLA. It doesn't get brittle over time, and it’s great in humid or wet environments. We also print with quality settings and add strength where it’s needed most. Get organized, and get to work. It’s that easy.    Please Note:  All Katz-Moses Cleat System Tool Holders are made-to-order and manufactured in-house here in Santa Barbara, California. Because of this, there is a lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks before your order ships. If your order includes both Cleat System holders and other in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once everything is ready.
