Keep your irrigation system flowing smoothly by filtering out debris and sediment before it causes clogs. Includes a 150-mesh stainless steel screen Built-in ball valve for quick flushing Screw-open housing for deeper cleaning Designed for systems up to 12 gallons per minute 3/4" MHT x MHT connections The 3/4" Flushable Y Filter (MHT x MHT) is a practical solution for gardeners, landscapers, and homeowners who want to maintain clean water lines and extend the life of their irrigation systems. This inline filter helps trap particles that could otherwise damage or block your emitters, nozzles, or hose attachments. Features & Benefits Built to Last: Constructed from weather-resistant materials, this Y filter stands up to outdoor conditions and frequent use. The stainless steel screen resists corrosion and handles sediment with ease. Simple Hook-Up: With 3/4" male hose threads on both ends, this filter connects directly to most standard hose bibs, timers, and garden hoses. No special tools or adapters needed. Flush-Clean Feature: A convenient ball valve at the base of the filter allows for fast flushing. When water pressure drops or buildup becomes visible, simply open the valve to clear out debris without removing the unit. Effective Filtration: The 150-mesh screen captures fine particulates such as sand, rust, and algae, helping your irrigation system run more efficiently and reducing the chance of damage or clogs. How to Install Choose Your Spot: Position the filter close to your water source, ideally before the hose or irrigation line branches off to various zones. Connect Easily: Thread one end of the filter into your water supply using the male hose thread (MHT) fitting. Connect the other MHT end to your hose or irrigation timer. Use thread tape if needed to prevent leaks. Flush as Needed: Periodically inspect water flow. When performance drops, open the flush valve to rinse the screen. For a full clean, unscrew the housing and rinse the mesh manually. Why Use This Filter? Protects Your Investment: Prevents dirt and grit from entering drip emitters, soaker hoses, and sprayers—extending the life of your irrigation components. Keeps Water Flowing: Reduces interruptions and blockages caused by sediment, particularly helpful when using well water or outdoor taps that carry fine debris. Low-Maintenance Solution: Flush and clean the unit quickly without taking apart your system. Spend less time fixing problems and more time gardening. With its flushable design and reliable construction, the 3/4" Flushable Y Filter (MHT x MHT) is a smart choice for maintaining water quality in home gardens, small farms, or landscape setups. Whether you use drip irrigation, soaker hoses, or standard sprinklers, this filter helps ensure consistent performance and long-term reliability.
