2"x50' Threaded Discharge Hose

Overview The 2" x 50' Threaded Discharge Hose (1148-2000-50NPSH) is designed for pump discharge and fluid transfer applications requiring a lightweight, lay-flat construction with threaded end connections. Specification Value MPN 1148-2000-50NPSH Brand Abbott Rubber Inner Diameter 2 in Length 50 ft End Connections Male x Female (NPSH Threaded) Maximum Working Pressure 80 PSI Operating Temperature Range -5°F to 170°F Material PVC Color Blue Construction Lay Flat Technical Features Lay-flat construction: Collapses flat when not pressurized, reducing storage footprint and simplifying transport between job sites. 2-inch inner diameter: Provides a large flow passage suited to high-volume water or fluid discharge tasks. 80 PSI maximum working pressure: Rated to handle typical centrifugal and diaphragm pump discharge pressures without risk of hose failure under normal operating conditions. Male x Female NPSH threaded ends: Enables direct inline connection between pump outlets and fittings using standard National Pipe Straight Hose thread, eliminating the need for adapters in most setups. PVC construction: Resists corrosion and degradation from water and common fluids, contributing to extended service life. Operating range of -5°F to 170°F: Supports use across a broad range of ambient and fluid temperatures, from cold-weather dewatering to warm process fluid discharge. 50-foot length: Delivers sufficient reach to direct discharge flow away from work areas, structures, or excavation sites without requiring hose couplers. Blue color coding: Allows for quick visual identification on job sites where multiple hose types or sizes are in use. Applications Pump discharge for dewatering of excavations, basements, and flooded areas Water transfer in construction and civil site work Agricultural irrigation and field drainage discharge General-purpose fluid transfer where NPSH-threaded connections are required
