265807 Rotor and Shaft

Introducing the 265807 Rotor and Shaft by Blackmer. The 265807 Rotor and Shaft are high-performance pump components designed for use in positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Manufactured to precise specifications, this rotor and shaft assembly is essential for maintaining optimal pump efficiency and reliability. It is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring long service life even in demanding environments.  Constructed from high-strength metals, the 265807 Rotor and Shaft feature an exact machined fit to ensure minimal internal clearance, reducing vibration and leakage. Its design supports consistent flow and pressure output, critical for applications requiring precise fluid handling. The assembly measures approximately 12 inches in length with a shaft diameter of 1.25 inches, compatible with specific Blackmer pump models that utilize this configuration. Key features include precision balancing to minimize vibration, corrosion-resistant surfaces for durability, and compatibility with other standard pump components such as bushings, bearings, vanes, seals, and gaskets. Installation involves confirming model compatibility, replacing worn or damaged components, and following recommended alignment and torque procedures to ensure dependable operation. The 265807 Rotor and Shaft are ideal for industries including chemical processing, water treatment, oil and gas, and food and beverage production. They are particularly suitable for users seeking to restore or enhance pump performance while maintaining cost-effective maintenance approaches. Their use ensures reduced downtime and improved operational efficiency in demanding applications. The assembly ships as a complete unit, including the rotor and shaft components, but does not include related pump parts such as seals or gaskets, which should be purchased separately as needed. Proper maintenance involves routine inspection for wear, cleaning with non-abrasive agents, and following manufacturer guidance for longevity. The components are backed by warranty coverage provided by Blackmer and distribute through KI Pumps of Waukesha, WI, a recognized leader in pump technology.
