264500 Rotor and Shaft

Introducing the 264500 Rotor & Shaft by Blackmer. The 264500 Rotor & Shaft is a high-precision assembly designed specifically for Blackmer sliding vane pump applications. Constructed from durable materials, this component ensures reliable pump rotation and efficient fluid transfer. The rotor and shaft are manufactured with tight tolerances to improve performance and reduce wear over time, contributing to extended service intervals. Material composition includes high-grade steel for the shaft and rotor components, providing resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. The assembly measures approximately 8 inches in length with a shaft diameter of 1.25 inches, suitable for compatible Blackmer pump models. Its design ensures precise alignment and smooth operation, essential for maintaining consistent flow rates and minimizing vibration or noise during operation. Key features include a robust rotor and shaft assembly with a dual-piece construction, seamlessly integrated to deliver stable rotation. The component handles operating pressures up to 150 psi and temperatures up to 250°F. It offers excellent compatibility with Blackmer sliding vane pumps, specifically models requiring the 264500 rotor and shaft assembly. This product is ideal for industrial applications involving fluid transfer, chemical processing, and other machinery utilizing Blackmer sliding vane pumps. It is especially suitable for facilities prioritizing reliability and low maintenance, where reducing downtime and operational costs are critical, making it suitable for budget-conscious operations with high-performance needs. Included in the shipment is the 264500 rotor and shaft assembly only. Not included are additional pump parts or mounting hardware, which must be sourced separately. To ensure longevity, the rotor and shaft should be inspected regularly for wear and corrosion. Cleaning with non-abrasive solutions and proper lubrication of moving parts are recommended. The assembly is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defect when used within specified parameters.
