264445 Rotor and Shaft

Introducing the 264445 Rotor & Shaft by Blackmer. The 264445 Rotor & Shaft is a high-precision assembly designed for use in Blackmer positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Constructed from durable materials such as high-grade steel and engineered for structural stability, this rotor & shaft ensures optimal alignment, smooth vane engagement, and efficient torque transfer. It measures approximately 12 inches in length with a diameter of 3 inches, compatible with various Blackmer pump models requiring a 264445 rotor & shaft component. Key features include a machined shaft with surface finishes of at least 32 microinches for reduced wear and vibration, and a rotor vane support system engineered to maintain precise clearances. The assembly includes the rotor and shaft as a single unit, but does not encompass additional components such as vanes or seals. The 264445 Rotor & Shaft is suitable for use in fluid transfer applications involving compression of viscous and corrosive fluids where pump reliability is critical. It is ideal for industries such as chemical processing, water treatment, and petroleum refining, especially where maintaining pump efficiency and minimizing downtime are priorities. Its design supports operational budgets by extending service life and reducing maintenance costs. Ships as a complete assembly with installation instructions; additional pump parts are not included. The rotor & shaft assembly should be handled with care to prevent surface damage. Care instructions involve regular inspection for signs of wear or corrosion, lubrication of rotating surfaces according to manufacturer guidelines, and replacing worn components promptly. It is recommended to refer to Blackmer maintenance manuals for compatibility and warranty details.
