250W Brushed Motor Controller & Throttle Kit – 20A – 12V / 24V

This 350W brushless motor controller kit is designed to run 200–350W brushless motors on electric bikes and scooters. It includes the controller and a thumb throttle, making it suitable for repairs, replacements, or basic builds where compatibility has been confirmed. This is a brushless-only controller. It works with motors that use a three-wire phase connection and is not compatible with brushed (two-wire) motors. Key Features • Brushless motor controller for 200–350W systems • Maximum operating current: 18A • Supports 24V, 36V, or 48V systems (match to battery voltage) • Includes thumb throttle for speed control • Simple, proven controller layout for service and replacement use • Designed for e-bikes and electric scooters Compatibility & Use Notes • Motor type: Brushless only (3 motor phase wires) • Power range: 200W–350W • Voltage options: 24V, 36V, or 48V (must match battery) • Not compatible with brushed motors (2-wire motors) • Throttle wiring: Red / Black / Green • Power lock wire: Pink / Red • Reset wires: Two white wires (temporary use only if required) • Connector styles may vary by batch and may require modification Service / Ownership Context This controller is intended for service, repair, or controlled builds. Wiring must be matched correctly to avoid damage. If the motor does not run after initial connection, the reset wires can be briefly connected to initialize operation, then disconnected. Always verify motor type, voltage, and wiring before applying power. Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with electric drivetrain systems. Fit & Use Signals • You are running a 200–350W brushless motor • Your motor uses a 3-wire phase connection • Your battery is 24V, 36V, or 48V and correctly matched • Not a fit for brushed (2-wire) motors • Not a fit if you need a plug-and-play, vehicle-specific controller
