25" Chainsaw Chain 3/8 050

Overview The STIHL RAPID Super 25" Chainsaw Chain (36230050084) is designed for high-speed cutting applications in hard or frozen wood using compatible 3/8" pitch, .050 gauge chainsaw bars. Specification Value MPN 36230050084 SKU 33RS-84 Brand STIHL Chain Series RAPID Super (RS) Bar Length 25" Drive Links 84DL Pitch 3/8" Gauge .050" Cutter Style Full-Chisel Color Identifier Yellow Technical Features Full-chisel, razor-edged square-cornered cutter geometry — minimizes chain friction for a smooth, clean cut and maintains aggressive material removal in hard or frozen wood. Optimized cutter and tie strap design — reduces vibration levels significantly during operation, lowering operator fatigue on extended cuts. 84 drive links at 3/8" pitch with .050" gauge — engineered to precise dimensional tolerances for accurate bar and sprocket compatibility, reducing wear and maintaining chain tension stability. Excellent plunge-cutting efficiency — the full-chisel profile supports boring cuts in addition to standard crosscuts, expanding versatility on the job site. Faster cutting speed than RAPID Master (RM) chain — the RS designation indicates superior cutting performance in demanding conditions where throughput is a priority. Applications Cross-cutting and bucking hard or frozen wood where clean, fast cuts are required. Plunge-cutting and boring operations with compatible STIHL guidebars. Professional and demanding residential chainsaw use where maximum cutting speed is the primary objective. Use with STIHL or compatible chainsaws accepting a 25" bar, 3/8" pitch, and .050" gauge chain. Maintenance Note: The RS full-chisel chain requires careful and precise sharpening to maintain optimal cutting performance. Regular inspection of cutter geometry and gauge consistency is necessary to preserve the chain's fast-cutting characteristics.
