237 V1

The running shoes of the 1970s might best be described as deceptively simple. While lacking the visible technology and aggressive design of later years, the innovations of the ‘70s would lay the foundation for modern performance. The New Balance 237 V1 is a contemporary reinterpretation of ‘70s running heritage that melds a range of heritage design inspirations into one deceptively simple, exceptionally versatile, contemporary silhouette. An EVA midsole, herringbone outsole and streamlined upper offer a classic launching point for modern flourishes like oversized N branding, extended midsole length, and gator inspired foxing and mudguard. You could call the cohesion of the New Balance men's 237 shoes' familiar feel and exaggerated updates the simplest way to make a statement. Fit & Care Fits As Expected For Most People  The suggested cleaning method for New Balance athletic shoes: Use a light bristle brush (an old toothbrush works well) and a mild detergent (either dishwashing or laundry). Be sure to use a detergent free of dye to avoid staining. We recommend spot check with the detergent to ensure no staining will occur. Scrub the shoes with the brush and use a damp cloth to wipe clean. Allow the shoes to thoroughly air dry for 24 hours. Please use the New Balance Care Guide for more details.
