Hagen Linen Shirt by Hagen of Carmel | Blue and Tan

The leaf print shirt from Hagen of Carmel captures that effortless, coastal point of view the brand does so well—relaxed, distinctive, and quietly refined. Inspired by the natural palette of the California coastline, Hagen designs are known for their soft textures and easy sophistication —and this piece is no exception. Rendered in a washed blue ground with layered botanical and scenic elements, the pattern feels more like a story than a print. It’s detailed without being loud, offering depth and visual interest that sets it apart from the usual florals. The lightweight cotton construction keeps it breathable and comfortable, with a soft hand that wears easily from morning through evening . Finished with a classic spread collar and clean button front, it strikes that ideal balance between polished and relaxed. It’s the kind of shirt that stands on its own—no effort required. Pair it with tailored trousers or a soft coat to refine the look, or wear it open at the collar with denim or chinos for something more laid-back. It’s easy, it’s interesting, and it’s exactly the kind of piece that makes getting dressed feel a little more fun.
