Ricotta Tenera

Brand: GRANDE CASE | 6 x 3 LB EACH | 1 x 3 LB Tenera® (TEN-neh-rah). Tenera® provides a fuller taste and more defined texture. Rich, full-bodied flavor and tiny, tender curds are characteristic of Grande’s all natural Ricotta Tenera. Spreads easily, gently flows so lasagnas won’t collapse and ingredients won’t pour out when calzones are cut. Has a high tolerance to heat and reheats wonderfully. Freezes well in any application. All natural and packed without any preservatives, artificial ingredients or fillers.
