23028K-C5 Spherical roller bearing C5

23028K-C5 The 23028K-C5 is a spherical roller bearing with a 140mm bore diameter, tapered bore (1:12 taper), and C5 radial internal clearance. The tapered bore design allows for secure mounting on tapered shafts or adapter sleeves, while the C5 clearance accommodates thermal expansion and misalignment in demanding operating conditions. Spherical roller bearings are double-row, self-aligning bearings ideal for heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in applications with shaft deflection or misalignment. Common applications include mining equipment, industrial gearboxes, vibrating screens, rolling mills, and heavy-duty conveyors where reliability under shock loads and harsh conditions is required.
