23028-C5 Spherical roller bearing C5

23028-C5 The 23028-C5 is a spherical roller bearing from the 230 series, featuring a 140 mm bore diameter and C5 radial internal clearance. Spherical roller bearings have two rows of symmetrical rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway, allowing them to accommodate misalignment and carry heavy radial and axial loads simultaneously. These bearings are commonly used in heavy industrial applications including mining equipment, construction machinery, paper mills, gearboxes, and vibrating screens where shaft deflection or misalignment is present. The C5 clearance provides greater internal clearance than standard, suitable for applications with thermal expansion, shaft deflection, or fitting practices requiring additional clearance.
