Verify specifications before placing orders.** Techniks End Mill Holder’s h5 bore tolerance ensures a tighter fit with the cutting tool shank so run-out is minimized extending tool life and improving surface finishes. Each End Mill Holder is balanced to 15,000 RPM @ G6.3. Stubby gage lengths are available when Z-axis stroke is limited. Extended gage lengths are available for long reach applications such as machining on horizontal machining centers. Rigid Reach End Mill Holders feature a tapered body design that reduces vibration and enhances rigidity and are an excellent choice when machining at extended lengths. DualDRIVE End Mill Holders are designed to work with dual-contact spindles to provide superior rigidity under heavy side loads. CAT 40 End Mill Holders are manufactured to meet or exceed the H5 specification. H5 is an extremely accurate bore I.D. and provides improved T.I.R. for extended cutting tool life. When machining in tight areas make sure to try our Rigid Reach End Mill holders. It’s tapered design make its body more rigid, which is extremely important when milling at extended lengths. For dual contact spindles,Techniks DualDRIVE end mill holders provide increased rigidity and accuracy during heavy side loads. We also offer a wide range of CoolBLAST and CoolFLEX coolant options: CoolBLAST coolant channels direct coolant on tool path. CoolFLEX holders feature coolant-thru tool or DIN B coolant. H5 bore tolerance for improved concentricity and tool life Taper ground to AT3 specification for maximum spindle contact Balanced to 15,000 RPM at G6.3 CoolBLAST and CoolFLEX coolant options Coolblast: Coolant channels in the bore direct coolant precisely to the cutting edge Effective removal of chips for faster feed rates H5 bore tolerance for improved concentricity and tool life CoolFlex: Through spindle and DIN-B coolant enabled H5 bore tolerance for improved concentricity and tool life Balanced to 15,000 RPM @ G6.3 Dualdrive: Compatible with standard and dual-contact spindles Dual-contact provides maximum rigidity for extreme applications Improved performance at high metal removal rates and when machining at extended lengths
