The ELCO BI-FLEX® #8-18 x 1" Hex Washer Head Self-Drill Screw (EAJ102) delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability for metal-to-metal fastening—now available at 50% OFF for a limited time. Engineered with a bi-metal construction combining 18-8 stainless steel and alloy steel, this fastener offers superior performance in demanding environments. Designed to be immune to hydrogen assisted stress corrosion cracking (HASCC), BI-FLEX screws provide higher corrosion resistance than traditional carbon steel and 410 stainless steel fasteners. The advanced Stalgard GB coating enhances galvanic compatibility in dissimilar metal applications, including connections involving aluminum, while remaining compatible with pressure-treated lumber. Featuring a hex washer head and 2-point self-drilling tip, these screws allow fast, efficient installation with strong clamping force—ideal for high-volume commercial and industrial applications.
