DeWalt High Performance Type 1 and 27 Thin Cutting Wheel

The DeWalt DW8062 is a 4.5-inch Type 1 and 27 high-performance (HP) thin cutting wheel designed for fast, burr-free metal cutting. It features a 0.045-inch wheel thickness, a 7/8-inch arbor hole and A60T aluminum oxide abrasive with medium abrasiveness. The proprietary aluminum oxide grain combination is designed for aggressive cutting action, while the proprietary material mix is designed for durable, long-life wheels. Two full sheets of fiberglass are included for durability and safety, and the wheel is rated for a maximum of 13,300 RPM. The DW8062 cutting wheel is listed for cutting steel, angle iron, pipe, tubing and rebar.
