The DeWalt DW8022 metal cutting blade is a 12-inch high-performance abrasive cut-off wheel designed for metal-cutting applications with compatible equipment. It features high-performance aluminum oxide grain to support long service life and effective material removal. Its high grain concentration helps deliver aggressive cutting action and smooth-running performance, while two full sheets of thick fibreglass reinforcement provide strength for demanding applications and high-speed operation. The DW8022 is suitable for cutting compatible metal stock, including steel, rebar, pipe and structural metal. Although it may be described as a circular saw blade in some listings, it is an abrasive Type 1 cut-off wheel, not a toothed circular saw blade.
