The DeWalt DW4999 is a 7-inch depressed center metal grinding wheel designed for heavy-duty cutting and grinding of ferrous metals. Listed as a 7 x 1/4 x 5/8"-11 wheel, it features a 1/4-inch (0.25-inch) thickness, a 5/8"-11 arbor hole and coarse 24-grit aluminum oxide abrasive. The wheel uses 100% virgin grain for enhanced removal, and three full sheets of fiberglass are included for durability.
