Do you want to learn how to work with a fabulous material like vinyl and create a bag that looks like it came from a designer boutique? Then you need to sign up for this online course where I will teach you how to sew a Santorini tote from scratch! The Santorini tote is not your average bag. It’s a showstopper that comes in three sizes: small (for when you just need the essentials), medium (for when you need a little more room), and large (for when you need to carry everything but the kitchen sink). You can use any type of fabric for the exterior and lining, such as quilting cotton, canvas, duck cloth, upholstery fabric, or leather. You will also need some foam interfacing or fusible fleece to give your bag some shape and support, some fusible woven interfacing for the lining and pockets, and some zippers for the main closure and optional pockets. Lifetime access to the video is included - simply log in to your account to view any courses purchased. In this course, you will learn how to: Cut your fabric pieces using a cutting chart Sew your exterior panels with optional zipper pockets Sew your lining panels with optional zipper pockets Install your main zipper closure with PERFECT tabs Attach your straps or handles Box your corners and finish your bag This provides a video walk-through (lifetime access) where I will demonstrate each step of the process.
