22-Inch High Bay Drop Lens The lexalite 622 22-Inch High Bay Drop Lens is designed for LED, induction, fluorescent, and HID lighting systems. It helps reduce glare and visible lamp images while improving light distribution and spacing performance. This high bay drop lens mounts easily to 22-inch diameter specular, white aluminum, or prismatic reflectors using a clamp band. Maximum light transmission up to 92%. Available in clear finish. LD Acrylic UV resistant with continuous operating temperatures up to 176°F (80°C). Light transmission ranges from 90% to 94%, depending on the application. Microsphere technology provides a distinctive glare-reducing appearance. Maintains efficient and evenly distributed light output. Polycarbonate UV stabilized for improved durability. Continuous operating temperature up to 194°F (90°C). High impact resistance, including temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C). Light transmission up to 88%, depending on the application. Available in clear finish. Applications The Model 622 can be mounted to the 822, S22, and S22T Prismatic Reflexors® using a 22” clamp band. The high bay drop lens is suitable for high bay replacement lens, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, retail spaces, gymnasiums, and other high bay lighting applications where glare control and wider light distribution are important. Maximum Temperature & Material Disclaimer Acrylic maximum working temperature: 80°C (176°F). Polycarbonate maximum working temperature: 90°C (194°F). Actual temperature performance depends on the specific product and application. UV exposure and chemical contact can cause physical damage and may shorten the material’s operating life. The Model 622 has additional resin options of UV stabilized Acrylic in Clear LED grade and Lumieo™ (for greater diffusion), as well as, clear Polycarbonate for areas where breakage and high ambient heat are concerns.
