This was an "Unofficial" Patch that was used by the 21st Bomber Squadron from 1940 until 1943. 1942 was the year the squadron experienced combat action serving in the Pacific Theater during WWII. The 21st Bombardment Squadron was one of the first squadrons to make a land-based attack on the Japanese home islands on 18 July 1943, flying B-24 Liberators. Enjoy this 8.5" print of the 21st Bomber Squadron -- a great conversation piece. Printed on a 100% cotton t-shirt, we use earth-friendly water-based ink and print in-house in New Bern, NC.
