21-8XX = Silicone Casting Gaskets & Pad

Casting gaskets and pads are made from the highest quality silicone sheet. The gaskets are used to create an airtight seal between the perforated flask and casting well and help ensure the long life of your vacuum casting machine. The pad is used to create an airtight seal between the flask and table top and helps ensure the long life of your vacuum casting machine. Sizes available: #21-811 = 3" ID gasket (5-3/4" OD) #21-813 = 3-3/8" ID gasket #21-812 = 3-1/2" ID gasket #21-814 = 4" ID gasket #21-809 = 6-1/2" across and 1/8" thick. The hole is 3/4". The gaskets and pad can easily withstand continuous service at 500F.  Higher temperatures will cause all brands of gaskets to degrade.
