Kukko 21-5 Pilot Bearing Puller (28mm - 40mm ID)

Highlights: Made In Germany. For the extraction of for internal bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings. This product is intended to be used in conjunction with a Kukko slide hammer or counterstay. The Kukko 21-5 pilot bearing puller is a German-made tool designed for extracting internal bearings, outer rings, and bushings. Engineered for use with a Kukko slide hammer or counterstay, it provides a effective solution for removing ball bearings ranging from 28 to 40 mm (1 3/16 to 1 5/8 inch) in inner diameter. The 2-shell design with large grasp edges ensures a firm hold during extraction, while an internal safety stop prevents excessive spreading and overloading. This blind bearing puller features a mechanical pressure screw for controlled force application, making it highly effective in removing tightly fitted components. It pairs seamlessly with Kukko internal extractors, which can be combined with counter supports or slide hammers for added versatility. When used with series 21-V extensions, it allows access to deeper bearings. Spare parts are available for select sizes, extending its usability of this blind hole bearing puller. The self-healing KUKKoating provides corrosion protection, while a QR code on the tool links to a product video for added support. The Kukko 21-5 pilot bearing puller is built for durability and precision, making it a great choice for important bearing removal jobs.  Features: The 2-shell design with extra large grasp edges ensures safe extraction. The internal extractors are equipped with an internal safety stop to protect against excess spreading and overloading. Mechanical pressure screw. Kukko Advantage: KUKKO internal extractors can be combined with counter supports and slide hammers. When combined with the internal extractors, extensions from series 21-V enable deeper bearings to be extracted. Spare parts are available for internal extractor sizes 21-89 and 21-90 Strong design, high performance and long service life.
