Freeride Windsurf Board • Early Planing • Easy Jibing • 2026 Tabou Rocket 2026 The best freeride choice—quick to plane, easy to jibe, smooth through chop, and fast enough to keep every session exciting. The Rocket 2026 continues Tabou’s long-running formula for a true freeride windsurf board—combining versatility, speed, and user-friendly control in one of the most proven shapes in the category. A low-entry rocker helps the Rocket release quickly and plane with ease, even in choppy water and less-than-perfect wind. Its slender tail boosts top-end speed and keeps the board lively under power, while the sleek, thin rails make jibing smoother and more intuitive. Add the Rocket’s unique multi-position angled footstrap layout and the included MFC HF Ride fin, and you get a freeride board that feels balanced, comfortable, and seriously fun across a wide range of conditions. Sizes: 105 / 115 / 125 / 135 / 145 Low-Entry Rocker for Early Planing Narrow Tail for Speed + Easy Jibes Thin Tail Rails for Carving Control Top Speed Cut-Outs on 125 / 135 MFC HF Ride Fin Included Description Early Planing Power The Rocket’s low-entry rocker helps the board release quickly and accelerate with little effort, giving you easy access to planing performance. Confidence in Chop Built to stay composed in rougher water, the Rocket blends smooth chop handling with the control freeride sailors want for longer, more enjoyable sessions. Speed You Can Enjoy The slender tail boosts top-end speed without making the board demanding, so you get lively freeride performance that still feels easy to manage. Easy, Clean Jibing Thin rails in the tail section help the Rocket roll naturally into turns and keep jibing smooth, predictable, and more rewarding in both flat water and chop. Footstrap Options for Every Level The unique angled strap positions give newer riders comfort and balance while still letting experienced sailors move outward and push for more speed. Premium Freeride Fin Setup The supplied MFC HF Ride fin is chosen to match the Rocket’s shape and bring out its full freeride blend of speed, control, and versatility. Rocket Technical Features Low Entry Rocker The well-rounded low entry rocker line ensures both swift planing and acceleration as well as exceptional control. Narrow Tail Outline A narrow outline in the tail section boosts top speed and helps the Rocket flow more easily through jibes in flat and choppy conditions. Thin Rail Shape Relatively thin rails in the tail section help initiate jibes and make carving turns easier to control. Top Speed Cut-Outs Cut-outs in the tail section of the Rocket 125 and 135 reduce wetted surface for impressive lift and top-speed performance. Unique Strap Setup The angled arrangement of footstrap positions creates a comfortable stance for novices and a more performance-oriented setup for advanced riders. Premium Fin Setup The Rocket’s carefully balanced shape works with the MFC HF Ride fin to unlock its full freeride performance potential.
